Amit is a Partner at Digitalis Ventures.

He serves as a board director of Clasp and a board observer of Expressable, Positive Development, and Candid. He has also served as a board observer of Findhelp and was an investor in Ansel Health (acquired by Renaissance). Outside the firm, he serves on the board of the Fund for Public Health NYC, which supports the New York City Department of Health through public–private partnerships that advance population health.

Amit came to venture from operating roles in healthcare. Prior to Digitalis, he served in strategy and innovation roles at Mars, Inc., including leading business model design for an affordable nutrition initiative in emerging markets, and worked on the ground in rural healthcare delivery in India with Piramal E-swasthya, a telemedicine start-up expanding access to primary care. He began his career at GE Healthcare in corporate finance.

He earned his M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and his B.A. from Boston College.
